In some cases, users have verified that their user name and password are correct but they still can't log into eCourses. This sometimes happens when users access eCourses through their browser's "Bookmarks" or "Favorites" list. If you access eCourses through your browser's "Bookmarks" or "Favorites" list and have confirmed that your eCourses user name and password are correct, yet you continue to get a message that your user name or password are incorrect, do the following:

Scroll down nearly the bottom of the page and click the ecourses link.

Click the Log In link and try to log in again with your PV email username as eCourses username and your PV Email Password as your eCourses password.
